How We Work

Komodo 3D2N (komodo3d2n.com) is an English-language travel guide with a request desk, under Juara Holding Group. It is not the park authority or a government body. This site itself runs no departures. Komodo National Park is managed by Indonesia's Balai Taman Nasional Komodo.

Who receives requests. Requests through this desk go to the sales desk of Komodo Luxury, a charter business in Juara Holding Group that sells Komodo trips, so treat the desk as a seller.

Our interest. Requests through the desk can lead to a paid booking, so we have a commercial interest. Any fee, the price, and the company that contracts with you are stated in writing in an offer before you agree to anything. The site itself is not a contracting party.

Figures. Every price comes from an official page or a public third-party listing, with its source and the month we checked it. These figures are not our prices or offers. Fees and fares change, and sources sometimes disagree. Check with the provider before you rely on a figure or pay anything.

No guarantee. We do not guarantee availability, sailing approvals, sightings, safety, weather, schedules, or sea conditions. Boat travel, hiking and snorkelling carry real risks, and nothing here is medical, legal, or safety advice.

Content is prepared by the Komodo 3D2N Editorial Desk. For questions, source corrections, or requests: WhatsApp +62 811-3823-875 or sales@komodoluxury.com.
